How to Make a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who contacts Billionenglish Tree Service to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to raise a complaint and what happens after. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

Topics You Can Raise

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience calling or contacting Billionenglish Tree Service
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

Problems With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They are responsible for their own quotes, pricing, work and customer service. If you have a problem with tree work on your property, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.

Please still let us know. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Note that Billionenglish Tree Service cannot settle contract disputes, issue refunds for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

Steps to File a Complaint

Email contact@billionenglish.living and include:

  • Your name and how to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you would like

After You Send It

We will confirm receipt of your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will then look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Not Happy?

If our reply does not satisfy you, answer it and ask us to take another look. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with licensed contractors, your state or local licensing office may be able to help too.
